Standard South African delivery: A flat courier fee of R100 applies to standard printed-product orders delivered within South Africa. This fee covers delivery for general orders using standard courier services.

Large or unusually bulky orders: Some large, heavy or high-volume orders may require different packaging or a larger courier service. If the delivery cost exceeds the standard R100 fee, Printello will provide a shipping quote and obtain your approval for the additional charge before confirming the order. No additional shipping fee will be added without your agreement.

Delivery estimates depend on production requirements and the courier service. Any delivery date provided is an estimate unless Printello confirms a specific date in writing. Please provide a complete delivery address and contact number. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the details supplied are incorrect or incomplete, or no recipient is available, a courier redelivery fee may apply. Printello will advise you of any such fee before arranging redelivery.
